Project Description

Storeroom is poised to become the island’s most vibrant live music venue and bar, focusing on offering a mix of concerts throughout the week. We believe in providing audiences with the chance to discover live music in a unique space, whilst giving professional musicians the opportunity to share their work within a dedicated setting. Located in central Malta, Ta’ Xbiex Seafront, our aim is to host a series of performances showcasing some of the top local artists.

This campaign is focused on you, our future customers, as we reach out to anyone seeking alternative nightlife within the Maltese cultural scene. We are reaching out to make you an integral part of the venue’s growth, offering you a series of membership benefits so that you can take full advantage of the venue and its services. These benefits are intended to offer you, as a member, the most definitive experience of Storeroom as the live music venue which we have always imagined it to be, and boost the social aspect of these events by promoting interaction with other individuals, and within groups.

Throughout this membership period, you will form part of Storeroom’s core clientele, guaranteeing that you’re always in a position to make the most of the concert experience.

Financials

As shown in the image below, the sum being raised through this campaign is equivalent to approximately 4% of the total amount being invested in this project. With your support, we will be in a position to host even more concerts throughout the year, giving you, the members, more opportunities to benefit from your membership.

Therefore, any contributions will be invested in hosting more concerts and also, depending on the amount secured, bringing international artists and groups to Storeroom. The costs include: artist fees, travel costs (flights, transfers, accommodation), any special requirements for accommodating particular bands.

Rewards and Corporate Packages

As part of the campaign rewards, Storeroom is vouchers and membership packages for our clients and we are also offering three different corporate packages: The DukeThe Jaco, and The Reinhardt. Here are the details about each business package:


The Duke

Let’s collaborate…

Are you are a sizeable association that believes in our venture just as much as we do, and is just as excited? That’s awesome, because this reward is designed for you to take full advantage of all our promotional efforts, throughout the various channels. Your brand will form an integral part of our entire marketing/advertising plan, as described in detail below. This deal is valid for one year and extendable upon the agreement of both parties.

The Duke offers businesses the following features:

  1. The company logo on all concert promo material and graphics on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. The company website and a page tag added within the Facebook event description.
  3. A post in the Facebook event discussion to introduce the company as a sponsor – this will feature an image of the logo, with a caption linking to the website (or other URL) and the Facebook page.
  4. The company Facebook page will be tagged in description of the Storeroom Facebook page
  5. The company name is included in our Instagram profile description.
  6. On Instagram, the company name and website are included in the caption of each post (preceded by a relevant image description and followed by a series of hashtags)
  7. A monthly post on Instagram featuring an image of the company logo, with a caption directing followers to the URL of your choice.
  8. On our website, the sponsor’s logos will be included at the bottom of the the homepage as «Supported by …»

OK, now…one of our major promotional tools is the introduction of live streaming on Facebook, making use of a permanent audiovisual setup. This feature is essential to us because it gives us the opportunity to communicate the main aspects of our vision – the concerts and their atmosphere – to an audience which isn’t physically present.

And, this is where the real gains come in…

Whenever a live stream is initiated from our Facebook page, followers of that page receive a notification, giving them the chance to tune in to watch and listen. This corporate package includes your company’s Facebook page tagged in the video’s title – this means that every single follower receiving a notification would read something along the lines of «Live at Storeroom | Supported by ‘XYZ’».

Live streaming will also take place on Storeroom’s YouTube channel – in this case, the video description/caption will include the company name and will direct viewers to the URL of your choice.

But we’re not done yet.

This package will feature your company logo on our website footer (ie on every single page of the website). The image from the logo will be linked to the URL of your choice. Within the same website, followers can easily subscribe to the venue’s newsletter. Each newsletter will include the logo and a relevant URL.


The Jaco

Serious sponsorship.

Companies that are serious about getting featured as sponsors of the venue and it’s activities should consider this option, which offers a broader range of promotional material.This deal is valid for one year and extendable upon the agreement of both parties.

The Jaco offers businesses the following features:

  1. The company logo on all concert promo material and graphics on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. The company website and a page tag added within the Facebook event description.
  3. A post in the Facebook event discussion to introduce the company as a sponsor – this will feature an image of the logo, with a caption linking to the website (or other URL) and the Facebook page.
  4. The company Facebook page will be tagged in description of the Storeroom Facebook page

This reward is most suitable for smaller firms that want to get noticed via elements of our marketing/advertising plan. This deal is valid for one year and extendable upon the agreement of both parties.

The Reinhardt offers businesses the following features:

  1. The company logo on all concert promo material and graphics, on both Facebook and Instagram.
  2. The company website and a page tag added within the Facebook event description.
  3. A post in the Facebook event discussion to introduce the company as a sponsor – this will feature an image of the logo, with a caption linking to the website (or other URL) and the Facebook page.
  4. A monthly post on Instagram featuring an image of the company logo, with a caption directing followers to the URL of your choice.
